Mortal Orchestra
A piece of ambient theatre featuring six giants, four giant musicians and two giant operatic Divas, each over four metres tall, led by a "mortal" musician.
Samba Cuisle
Cuisle means pulse or rhythm as Gaeilge and that’s exactly what this group will bring to the streets! Formed originally in 2000 with a grant from Samhlaíocht, the group have been bringing samba & reggae rhythms to Kerry and beyond ever since!
Fanzini Bros
Samhlaíocht is proud to welcome back the amazing spectacle that is the Fanzini Experience. Witness the amazing antics of these devilishly handsome West Kerry Italians as they perform their internationally renowned comedy entertainment act. But there’s more – be sure to check out the Fanzini’s World Premier new show in Siamsa on Saturday and the Fanzini Circus Skill Workshop on Monday. You too can be a Fanzini Brother!!
Coconut Samba
Coconut Samba are a multi-national drumming band that was founded in 2003. They are based on the Dingle Peninsula and mainly play West African rhythms on djembés, bass drums and small percussion instruments. They also blend Cuban and Brazilian elements into their music. An amazing bunch of nutty Musicians!
Fumbling Baffoonery
Tralee is no stranger to buffoons hanging around the place! But these two tall, colourful dudes will certainly brighten The Town Square, when they arrive to entertain us all on Easter Saturday.
Free Range Youth Theatre
This local theatre group who will perform an interactive Street Theatre piece on Easter Sunday night, at approx. 8.00 pm, prior to the Parade on the traffic island at the Denny Street and Castle Street intersection. They’ll get the crowd buzzing so come on down and join in!

The 18th annual Samhlaíocht Easter Arts parade promises to be an astonishing event! With creative and colourful contributions from our 5 Communities Project along with a variety of hard working community groups and a wonderful array of professional entertainment, the parade promises to be bigger and brighter than ever before! It will be led through the streets by the amazing Mortal Orchestra – 6 enormous Giants that follow the beat of their own music! The Parade will be followed by a spectacular firework display at 9.30 pm at the Ashe Memorial Hall.
