This year, Samhlaíocht’s Easter Arts Festival is celebrating it’s 17th festival. And once again we aim to present an exciting and diverse programme of events taking place in Tralee and around the County – from performances and exhibitions to workshops and fun activities that appeal to all ages and interests.

The Easter Festival is one of the highlights of Samhlaíocht’s annual calendar; it is a chance to showcase the enormous amount of creative talent in our community. Samhlaiocht brings together local, national and international artists and community groups to share ideas and to foster new ties of understanding and collaboration. The Easter Festival engages the community at large – and especially the young – in the artistic life of our town and county. But above all, it is a celebration of the vibrancy and diversity of the Arts in Kerry, a chance for everyone to enjoy and participate, and to have some fun.
In addition to the Samhlaíocht Easter Arts and Children’s Bumblebee Festivals, Samhlaiocht brings you a full calendar of events as it promotes and develops the Arts countywide.
For example, the Samhlaíocht Gallery showcases the work of new and emerging artists as well as offering a vibrant exhibition space in the heart of Tralee. All the work of Samhlaiocht is driven by the energy, enthusiasm and vision of all our staff and volunteers and generously supported by our many sponsors, patrons and funders. Many thanks to you all for your ongoing support of Samhlaíocht and its programme of activities and we look forward to seeing you at the festival.
